Returns
Please note:
The Sneaker Outlet is an intermediary between a selling party and a buying one, thus this anonymity doesn’t allow us to issue customers a refund or exchange services after 14 days.
We accept returns up to 14 days from time of delivery
Conditions of return:
- The shoes must be unworn, with tags attached and in their original condition.
- All returns must be sent via a trackable service.
- Either print a copy of your order confirmation or write your name and order number on a sheet of paper and include it in the box.
- Returns must be placed in a box for postage to avoid any damage to the shoes or box.
All return shipping is paid for by the buyer
We accept no liability for returns lost in the post.
Please call us or SMS BEFORE posting the item on the number at the bottom of the page.
Items that have been worn or are dirty will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
All items are sent with a security tag. once the tag is removed, we will not accept a return on the item.
Refunds are usually processed within 48 hours of the items being received.
Due to the anonymous nature of our live market, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges or swaps after 14 days - including if you ordered the wrong size. The good news is you can always resell with us if you no longer want your item.
Please note, if you are an EU or UK resident and would like to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Please note if you already received your item, the right of withdrawal ends 14 days after the beginning of the withdrawal period. For example, You received your ordered item on Monday, 1st March 2021. The withdrawal period begins on Tuesday, 2nd March 2022. The withdrawal period ends with the expiration on Monday, 15th March 2022.
We do not offer any warranty on products purchased from us. This includes manufacturing defects and faulty products.
